The Land : The 1114 Feddans land owned by MARED are the core of the programs and the base of the projects for the next 5 years. A part of the land, within storage zone, is ready for direct investment ( low costs ) , some other parts require infra structure constructions, such as electricity, water, drainage and roads (medium costs), and a 3rd part of the land is immersed in water and needs ??? before infrastructure constructins (heavy costs).
