  The company possesses
a land of gross area of 1114 Feddans, 3 Kirats and 11 Sahms,
which lies within the total area of 1559 Feddans, 11 Kirats and
21 Sahms, owned by and registered to Misr Amreya for cotton spinning
and weaving (Reg. Contract no. 3799 /1980 Alex. Reg. Office).
 LOCATION |
 The
land lies within the Alexandria Governerate at about 25 Km from the city center. It lies directly on the Petrochemicals road, which branches from Cairo Alexandria desert road at the milstone 23 Km. at about 1 Km. south to this point. The area is called El Nahda Industrial region, and it includes the biggest ten factories at alex, some of them are in petrochemicals, rubber industries, spinning and waving, salt and soda, and other industries.

primary land purchase contract from El Amreya spinning and waving Co. signed on Aug. 13th 2002 and registration is applied for. This contract is subsidized by a registered contract by the name of El Amreya spinning and waving Co., registration no. 3799 /1980.
