Misr Amreya for Real Estate and Development (MARED) is one
of Misr Bank companies, established under the law 159 / 1981
modified by the law 3 / 1998.
MARED is an Egyptian shareholders
company registered by the reg. Doc. 7573 at 11 / 9 / 2001 and
published at companies magazine issue no. 602 on Nov 2001
Capital
and shareholders :
The company is established with a licensed capital of L.E. M 300, divided as
M 30 shares,
each of L.E. 10 . The pay part of the capital is L.E. M 247.5 distributed between:
1. Misr Bank : 99.996% of the shares.
2. The social fellowship : 0.002 %
3. The social insurance : 0.002 %

NAME & PURPOSE :
The name of the company is “Misr Amreya for Real Estate and Development” (MARED)
, and the Arabic name is; "شركة مصر العامرية
للاستثمار العقاري "
MISSION
AND VISION |
The
mission reflects precisely the purpose for which MARED is established and the vision is a try to serve the best interests of the shareowners and future customers.
MARED is carrying the responsibility for the clearly defined mission which is; “Misr Amreya for Real Estate and Development (MARED) is
working to be one of the biggest real estate development
companies in the field of storage, industrial and residential
estates development, putting all possible effort to attract
serious local, regional and international investors to
cooperate in developing a new industrial community in Amreya
region.”
OBJECTIVES |
Objectives specifies the end results expected by MARED by the end of the strategic plan period. MARED has put for itself the following objectives:
1 - Protecting
Shareholders wealth : By completing the legal and formal documentation of the land possessed by MARED and removing the intrusions in some parts of it.
2 - Achieving the best return : By Studying variable solutions for land investment, area zoning and planned development of different zones.
3 - Incresing the efficiency of investment: By inviting and attracting local and international investors to participate in development plans.
4 - Community development : By selecting projects of divercified activities, that integrate with other projects in the area, and attracts more population to invest in these projects.
