MARED posses
within its land a piece of area of about 100 Feddans within the
borders of the old storage area of Misr Amrey for spinning and
waving.
It lies directly on the Petrochemicals road, and it is equipped
with all facilities for storage projects (Sheds, Lighting. Gate
and guard towers). We are going to invite the 4 major banks in
Egypt to implement storage project/s in this piece of land. We
are expecting that it will be invested by Misr bank ,with minor
costs, for the purpose of attracting he attention of other investors
to the region, and to form some liquidity to start other development
projects.
